1924 - Laszlo Eva's mother came from the  Foldes family. This was their building in Arad . They had a Pharmacy on the ground floor.

"The palace of pharmacist Földes Kelemen, the work of the architect Milan Tabacovici, sheltered a pharmacy whose partly preserved furniture is an interior continuation of the beautiful exterior decoration dominated by the corner tower and the medallions with the patrons of medicine and pharmacy: Hippocrates, Higiena and Aesculap.
Located at the crossroads of the current Stefan Cicio Pop street with Mihai Eminescu Street, a major shopping artery, is visible from a distance attracting the attention of even the fastest passing. Large, with a floral-vegetal-symbolic decoration and a tower ending with a vigorous flower bud, the edifice attracted attention by the novelty of its ornamentation. It opens a new chapter in the architecture of Arad, namely the art of 1900, the floral period.
Tabakovics designed not only the edifice but also the furniture of the pharmacy and laboratories, the pavement, the interior decoration, the labels used on the containers and the pharmacy."
